This is a general policy written in plain language. It is not legal advice.

What is collected

This site may collect basic analytics and server logs. That can include pages viewed, the referring site, approximate region, device type, browser, and time of the request. That is enough to see what pages are used and to keep the site up. It is not a dossier.

What is not collected

There are no user accounts. There is no signup. I do not ask for a medical record, a brokerage statement, or a Social Security number. The contact form opens your own mail app. I see what you choose to send.

Planner and triad calculations

The Practice by Choice planner and the Metabolic Triad Planner run their math in your browser. Those numbers are not transmitted to me and are not stored on my servers. If you clear the page, they are gone. The options scanner scores a ticker you type. That ticker is not saved as an account or a portfolio.

Cookies and analytics

The host may set cookies needed to serve the page, measure traffic, or keep a preview working. I do not run a separate advertising cookie program. If a third-party analytics or hosting provider is used, it receives the basic request data described above under its own terms.

Third-party links

Links to Amazon, Apple Books, and other retailers leave this site. Those companies have their own privacy policies. If a link is an affiliate link, the retailer may know you came from this site. See Disclosures.

No sale of personal data

I do not sell personal data. I do not rent an email list. There is no email list on this site.

Children under 13

This site is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
